Basic License

The Basic License grants you, the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Product).

     Your use of the Product is limited to a single application.

    Products purchased under a Basic License may be used for the following purposes:

     For making videos intended for free online viewing (for example, a YouTube or Vimeo video clip);

    For making 2D or 3D prints intended for free distribution (for example, a create of goods catalog, a promotional production, or a construction and architectural projects mockups);

    For making games intended for free distribution (for example, online Flash games);

    For making animated or still visualizations (for example, a prezentation ).

     You may use the Product alone or you may incorporate the Work into another work you are creating.

    Unless you have our prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell or provide for free the Product or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.

     You may use the Product in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client who has asked you to create it.

     You must not incorporate the Product in a work which is created for Resale by you or your client.

    If the Product is used or incorporated in a work there is no restriction on the number of copies of that work that can be reproduced and distributed (provided the use/incorporation remains a single application and the copies are not for Resale).

    If the whole, or part, of the Product has been created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the Product (or part of Product) is subject to the specific terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).

Extended License

For purchasing the Product under the Extended License, please contact the Site Administration. Sale of the Goods on the basis of the Extended License is granted on contractual terms.

Your use of the Product is limited to a single application.

    Items purchased under an Extended License may be used for the following purposes:

     For making any motion pictures or videos, including commercial ones;

    For making 2D or 3D prints intended for free distribution (for example, a create of goods catalog, a promotional production, or a construction and architectural projects mockups);

    For making any computer- or console-based games, including commercial ones.

You may use the Product alone or you may incorporate the Product into another work you are creating.

    Unless you have our prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell or provide for free the Product or offer to do any of these things unless the Product is incorporated into a work you have created. All of these things are referred to as Resale.

    You may use the Product in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client who has asked you to create it.

    You may incorporate the Product in a work which is created for Resale by you or your client (provided that only the complete work is offered for sale and the terms of sale require those that acquire the work to only use the Product for their own personal use or in a work they are creating for a client prohibit resale of the Product as a stand-alone item).

    You may display the Product, and make the Product available for use by an unlimited number of your clients, in conjunction with a web site service that you host on behalf of your clients. When using the Work through a web site service, you may make unlimited copies of the Product but you must procure that your clients do not reproduce or use the Product in another application.

    If the Product is used or incorporated in a work there is no restriction on the number of copies of that work that can be reproduced and distributed

   The Extended License for an item is three (3) times as expensive as the Basic License for the same Product.

Important notes!

If you are purchasing a bundle of items, each of them is covered by its own license. For instance, if you buy a bundle of 3D models under a Basic License, you are entitled to use them in different projects, but any model can be used in one project only.

You cannot redistribute or resell items purchased under any type of license (Basic or Extended), whether separately or included in some kind of collection of 3D model resources.

All our Products are covered by our Standard Licenses. If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Basic License is what you need. An Extended License is required if the end user must pay to use the end product.

Note to designer and creative agencies:

You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Basic License. But you can’t use one of our Basic Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.
