About the prototype:

   The professional kitchen chef knife Tramontina CENTURY 203mm, suitable for home use and work with various products. A series of professional knives Tramontina CENTURY is a limited edition and was released for the centenary of the Tramontina company, which was founded in Brazil in 1911 by Valentin Tramontina as a small blacksmith shop. The blade of the knife has a plain v-shaped conical sharpening. The blade is engraved with the name of the manufacturer, series, as well as the material of manufacture, batch number and NSF certificate (Microban antibacterial protection). The one-piece anatomically shaped knife handle is fastened with metal rivets. The knife is suitable for decorating the interiors of kitchens, canteens, restaurants, cafes, catering establishments, made in any stylistic direction.

The blade is made of forged stainless steel DIN 1.4110 (hardness 56 HRC).
The handle is made of fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate.

The color of the handle is black.
